Delivery conditions
A. Payment
- We accept credit cards from card holders, that live in the countries of the EU, Switzerland, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Japan. We balance via PayPal, USA ( an ebay company ), so in case you want to use your credit card, please wait for a separate mail from PayPal ( after you sent us the order form ), that will ask you for all necessary information.
An easy and safe way to balance your order is by prepayment via direct transfer onto our bank account.

- We don`t accept checks.
- Prices are also indicated in US $, based on an exchange rate of 1.45 Dollar to the EURO ( Dec. 09 ). The rate will be regularly updated.
B. Shippment
We usually forward our products in two ways:
1. Standard Shipping:
Standard shipping means using the German postal services ( via air mail ). Delivery times vary a lot: from a few days within the European Union to 2 - 8 weeks to the rest of the world.
2. Express shipping:
Express shipping means using DHL resp. UPS. Should you wish to receive your goods very quickly, you can have them even overnight: Please contact us upfront for this shipping method in order to fix the costing.
C. Shipping times / cost
Please find below some examples for standard shippment times / cost for registered mail.
a. European Union: 1 - 3 weeks, from 9,00 EURO postage for registered maxi letter ( up to 1000 gramm) resp. 18,00 EURO postage for package ( more than 1000 gr. ).
b. Other countries ( here: USA ): 2 - 8 weeks, from 11,00 EURO for registered maxi letter ( up to 1000 gr. ) resp. 34,00 EURO for package ( more than 1000 gr. ).
Please note: all postage cost will be fixed after you have forwarded your order form. Should you wish to balance via Paypal, postage cost will be indicated in the Paypal mail; should you wish a direct transfer onto our bank account, we will mail the invoice incl. postage to you.
D. Insurance
Our parcels are insured up to a value of EUR 1.000.
E. Customs
When ordering from weberknves.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. For all parcels sent internationally, the value of the shipped order has to be indicated on the customs form, arranged by the type of the ordered product. Please inform yourself about the local laws in order to avoid any legal problem.
If you live outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.
